The name seems to be a bit of a conflict in name with
http://www.openpkg.org/ which has similar goals across multiple UNIX
variants.  Given the tab "OpenPKG Corporation" and long-standing use
of something that is commonly (mis-)pronounced "open package" the name
may be considered confusing by some and infringing by others.
