[companion-discuss] Code Review Request: Update of GD Package

This is a code review request for the update of the GD package to version 2.0.34.
The webrev is at

The changes include

1.  Update of the source code.
2.  Update of Makefile.sfw and install-sfw version number lines
3.  Addition of gdfx.h file to /opt/sfw/include (needed in SFWgplot for example)
4.  A patch is needed to change a reference to gd.h in one of the source files.
5.  Copyright and other minor edits.

This builds cleanly in a nightly on NV 62.  Programs that use GD also build properly.
