[companion-discuss] Code Review Request: Update of xmms package

This is a code review request for the update of the SFWxmms package to version 1.2.11.

The webrev is at

Details:

1. Source code updated to version 1.2.11 and put into .bz2 form.
2. Version numbers updated in METADATA, Makefile.sfw, install-sfw, and pkginfo.tmpl files.
3. Copyrights updated and scss ids removed where needed.
4. Patch file updated to match new source files.

A nightly build with these new changes is completely clean.  A test install of the SFWxmms
package works properly and the xmms program works with test sound files.
