[companion-discuss] Code Review Request: Removal of SFWsdl Package

This is a new code review request regarding the SDL Companion CD package and replaces the previous one.  Since SDL is now part of Nevada in the SUNWlibsdl package, it is no longer needed in the Companion CD.  In the webrev

the files related to the SDL package are removed or modified.

A nightly build is clean, no SDL package is created, and since no other package
depends on SFWsdl, no package is affected.
