[companion-integrate] RTI - depend files for xfce, and sdl fixed

Now that SFWter is going to be added back to the CCD, I have removed
the fixes to SFWscrn and SFWscrnbrltty and will add those changes in
with the re-addition of SFWter.  I will resubmit this
part of the changes with another SFWter RTI after code review.

I have updated the copyrights of the two depend files for SFWxcfe
and SFWsdl as requested.
