[companion-integrate] Submission of gawk upgrade

I would like to submit an upgrade of the gawk package
on the companion cd for code review and approval.

This is an upgrade from gawk 3.0.6 to 3.1.5.  It builds
cleanly on SPARC and x86 for build 41 (currently testing
on build 43 but expect no problems).  The webrev information
can be found at

The gawksrc.tar.bz2, gawkpkg.tar.bz2, and gawkpkgS.tar.bz2
files in that directory contain the actual files for
the usr/src/cmd/gawk, usr/src/pkgdefs/SFWgawk, and
usr/src/pkgdefs/SFWgawkS directories.
