[companion-integrate] Resubmission of gawk upgrade

After clarification of requirements, I would like to resubmit a
request for an upgrade of the gawk program in the Companion CD project.

The code reviewer for this upgrade is Marilyn Shoemaker.

This is an upgrade from gawk 3.0.6 to 3.1.5.  It builds cleanly on SPARC
and x86 for nevada build 43 both in individual builds of gawk and in
nightly builds.  The packages install properly as well.

The standard "make check" tests work with no errors and hand tests
of gawk also work normally.  There are no major changes to
gawk functionality in this upgrade and so there will be
very low impact on any programs that use gawk.

The gawksrc.tar.bz2, gawkpkg.tar.bz2, and gawkpkgS.tar.bz2 files

files for the usr/src/cmd/gawk, usr/src/pkgdefs/SFWgawk, and
usr/src/pkgdefs/SFWgawkS directories, respectively.
