[companion-integrate] RTI - Update of SFWispel and SFWispelS to ispell version 3.3.02

This is a RTI for the update of the ispell packages to version 3.3.02.

The code reviewer was Paul Cunningham (see companion-discuss).
His only comment was to ask for a minor change in the SFWispel/depend 
file and this was done.

Details:

A METADATA files was added.

The Makefile.sfw file was changed to take into account the new version 
number, correct form of the copyright, fixing how the .sfw source files 
are handled, and adding a path to find the ncurses libraries needed by 
this version.

The install-sfw file was changed to deal with new man page locations, 
version numbers, and file name changes in this new version.

The README.sfw file was updated.

The local.h.sfw and patch.1 file were fixed for this new version.

In the pkgdefs, version numbers and copyrights were updated.   The 
depend file was added so that the SFWncur dependency was listed.  File 
names and locations were fixed where needed.

A clean full nightly build was obtained on Nevada 56.  The package was 
installed with pkgadd and ispell was tested successfully.
