[companion-integrate] RTI - Update of mpage packages

I would like to submit a RTI for an update of the SFWmpage and SFWmpageS 
packages to version 2.5.5 on the Companion CD.  The webrev is at

The code reviewer for this change has been Paul Cunningham (details in 
companion-discuss).

Details of the changes are:

The structure of this build has been slightly different from some other 
packages. The webrev is more complicated because the source files 
themselves are svn added. Some changes to Makefile.sfw had to be made to 
obtain a clean build.  Some new files were added in this version and 
they were added to the install-sfw and pkgdefs files where needed.

This builds with no errors on Nevada 56 and installs properly with pkgadd.

A METADATA file was added and copyrights updated where needed and as
suggested by Paul.

A clean nightly build was done on Nevada 56.  Test installations of the 
packages were also done.
