First, isn't it actually version 1.10 - not 1.1.0?

But more importantly, it's not under the Common Public License. If you
look at LICENSE.html in the source code, it's some AT&T license:

	SOURCE CODE AGREEMENT 
                    	Version 1.2D

If you go here:

you'll see this bit:

AT&T has previously made versions of this software available under the 
AT&T Source Code Agreement, version 1.2D and earlier. If you received a 
copy of the software under that license agreement, you may continue to

So I think we have source that predates that change.

perhaps it would be best to leave out the METADATA file until you
update graphviz?
