hmm - it's not really a BSD license, it's modified BSD (so it
should be whatever we've used before to describe that). Also interesting
that the old version didn't seem to have any sort of license, though
there's a large bit in the package copyright file, and now it's slightly
different. But it's BSDish anyway.

When I build it on sparc or amd64 it builds a 64-bit binary.
When I build it on 32-bit x86 it builds a 32-bit binary. Seems
like there's more to do here so that top works on any x86?
The 32-bit one does run on my 64-bit machine, but I don't know
what if anything is lost by doing that - it might be that
we should build both on x86 and isaexec the right one.

why do you need the LD_OPTIONS magic in the Makefile.sfw? Is that
so it picks up ncurses instead of curses? If so, shouldn't SFWtop
depend on that package?
