I wasn't terribly worried about the license, since it's just BSD with
him substituted, I just didn't want BSD listed in the METADATA file.
I figured either "Modified BSD", or like with amanda "BSD (William
LeFebvre)" perhaps.
And I was interested that the old source didn't seem to contain
any license but there's a giant one in the SFWtop copyright file.
I suppose found on a web site though.

That would be nice. If it's happier matching the bitness of the kernel
I wouldn't want to just ship a 32-bit one. Then again I also don't
want to just ship a 64-bit one and break 32-bit users.
