[companion-integrate] RTI - Update of SFWpine (pine) Package

This is a RTI for the update of the SFWpine package to version 4.64.

The webrev is at http://companion.sunfreeware.com/downloads/pinewebrev/

The code reviewer has been Paul Cunningham (see companion-discuss).

The details are:

1.  Updated source code.
2.  Added a METADATA file.
3.  Updated version numbers in Makefile.sfw, install-sfw, and
     pkginfo.tmpl.
4.  Updated copyrights and removed sccs ids.
5.  Removed patch files that are no longer needed.

This builds cleanly on NV 62 with no errors.  The package installs 
properly and gives a valid pine system.
