[companion-integrate] RTI - Update of SFWglob (global) Packages

This is a RTI for the update of the SFWglob (global) package to version 
5.6 from 5.4.

The code reviewer has been Paul Cunningham.

The webrev is at

The simple changes are:

1.  Update of version source to 5.6 and use of bz2 instead of gz.
2.  Update of version numbers in Makefile.sfw, install-sfw, and
     pkginfo.tmpl.
3.  Update of copyrights and removal of sccs ids.
4.  Update of METADATA file.

and result in a correct nightly build on NV 62.
