[companion-integrate] RTI - Update of SFWsudo (sudo) Package

This is a RTI for the update of the SFWsudo (sudo) to version 1.6.9.

The code review has been done by Paul Cunningham.

The details are:

1. Addition of sudo 1.6.9 source and removal of old source.
2. Use of .bz2 compression instead of .gz.
3. Update of version numbers in Makefile.sfw, install-sfw, and
    pkginfo.tmpl
4. Modification and renaming of patch for current version of sudoers.
5. Addition of METADATA file.
6. Update of copyrights and removal of sccs ids.
7. Fixed web site name in pkginfo.tmpl.

Nightly build on NV 62 is correct.
