sharutils 4.7 is gplv3 now, so the metadata file is wrong.
And not only that, this would be the first gplv3'd thing to
go on the ccd. This might want to wait until the first gplv3'd
thing gets through osr (which we're supposed to do for ccd
things too I think).

Of course you could file the OSR case too, somebody needs
to soon. Though it will probably sit in limbo like usual
for a while.
