This is a RTI for the update of the SFWftchm package to fetchmail 6.3.8.

The webrev is at

The code reviewer was Paul Cunningham (see companion-discuss).

The changes are updates of version numbers and source code.  The 
METADATA file was modified and some sccs id lines were removed.  The 
code builds with no errors in NV 62.  See
