[companion-integrate] RTI - Update of SFWddd (ddd) package

This is a RTI for the update of the SFWddd package to ddd version 3.3.11.

The code reviewer has been Paul Cunningham (see companion-discuss) -

The changes done were:

1.  Added a METADATA file
2.  Updated copyrights and removed sccs ids
3.  Removal of the patch for 3.3.8 and addition of a new patch file.
4.  Update of version numbers in Makefile.sfw, install-sfw,
     prototype_com, and pkginfo.tmpl.
5.  Modification of Targetdirs file ddd directories.

This builds cleanly in a Nevada nightly build.  A test of the ddd 
executable was also successful.
