[companion-integrate] RTI - Update of SFWxpdf (xpdf) Package

This is a RTI for the update of the SFWxpdf package to version 3.02.

The code reviewer for this has been Paul Cunningham (see companion-discuss).

Changes were:

1.  Update of version numbers and source code.
2.  Update of copyrights and deletion of sccs ids.
3.  Addition of a METADATA file.

The package builds with no errors in Nevada 62 and test installation of 
SFWxpdf gives an executable that displays a variety of test pdf files 
correctly.
