[companion-integrate] RTI - GNU sed update

I would like to submit a RTI for any update of the GNU sed code to 
version 4.1.5 on the Companion CD  The webrev is at

The code reviewers for this change have been Paul Cunningham and Michael 
Sullivan (details in companion-discuss and CTeam minutes).

Details of the changes are:

This is a simple update of the software to the new version.  The only 
issue that appeared was the need during a build for GNU sed to be in 
/opt/sfw/bin as sed and not gsed.  The standard sed in /usr/bin does not 
work  This new package installs sed in /opt/sfw/bin with a link from 
gsed to sed.

It builds cleanly on SPARC and x86 for Nevada 56.
