[companion-integrate] RTI - Update of fetchmail to version 6.3.7

I would like to submit a RTI for an update of the fetchmail package to 
version 6.3.7 on the Companion CD  The webrev is at

The code reviewer for this change has been Paul Cunningham who found no 
issues with the updated files (see companion-discuss).

Details of the changes are:

This is a completely straightforward update with only version changes 
needed in the usual places.

A nightly build works with no errors with Nevada 56.

is the home web site for fetchmail.  Version 6.3.7 contains security 
fixes for fetchmail as described on the home page.
