[companion-integrate] RTI for the update of the Guile package to version 1.6.8.

This is a RTI for the update of the SFWguile package from version 1.3.4 
to version 1.6.8.

The code has been reviewed by Paul Cunningham and he reported no
issues.

Details -

1. Source code file updated and .bz2 compression used.
2. METADATA file added
3. Copyrights and version numbers updated where needed.
4. SCCS ids removed.
5. VENDOR web site updated in pkginfo.tmpl
6. Many info, library, and include files changed or added in the
    prototype_com file.
7. A new binary - guile-tools added.

A nightly build with these new guile files is completely clean. The 
guile test suite works except for two tests which are already known to 
be buggy in Solaris and do not represent a problem.

Note that version 1.6.8 is not the most recent version of guile. The 
newest version of guile requires a GNU MP (GMP) bignum library which is 
not currently available in an opensolaris consolidation that I am aware of.
