[companion-integrate] RTI - Update of SFWsnort to version 2.8.0

This is a RTI for the update of the snort package to version 2.8.0. The 
webrev is at

The code review was done by Paul Cunningham and he reported no issues.

Details -

This is a very simple update that requires only the change of the snort 
version numbers in Makefile.sfw, install-sfw, pkginfo.tmpl, and the 
METADATA file and the addition of the new source file.

A nightly build is clean.
