[companion-integrate] RTI - Removal of SFWsdl and SFWnmap Packages

This is a RTI requesting the removal of the SFWsdl and SFWnmap packages 
from the Companion CD.  Since SDL is now part of Nevada in the 
SUNWlibsdl package, it is no longer needed in the Companion CD. The nmap 
program is now part of the SFW consolidation.  In the webrevs

the files related to the SDL and nmap packages are removed or modified.

These changes have been code reviewed and approved by Paul Cunningham 
after some minor changes.

A nightly build is clean, no SDL or nmap packages are created and since 
no other package depends on either SFWsdl or SFWnmap, no other package 
is affected.
