[companion-integrate] RTI - Removal of SFWrsync Package from CCD

This is a RTI for the removal of the SFWrsync package from
the Companion CD build. Rsync has now moved to the SFW consolidation.

This has been code reviewed by Paul Cunningham with no issues brought up.

The details are  -

The rsync directories usr/src/cmd/rsync and /usr/src/pkgdefs/SFWrsync
are removed and usr/src/cmd/Makefile and usr/src/pkgdefs/Makefile are 
edited to remove the rsync lines.

A nightly build (after doing a pkgrm SFWrsync) is clean with no
checkproto errors.
