[companion-integrate] RTI - Update of fltk package

I thought about this too.  My reading of the web site for fltk seems to 
indicate that the rc2 will be removed at some point and this really is 
the stable release.   I will keep an eye on it and if any changes occur 
beyond just taking off the rc2 in the source file name, I can submit a 
new build then.
