This is a RTI for the update of SFWxterm to version 243.  This is just 
an effort to keep up with new versions of xterm for the Solaris 10 
Companion releases.  The webrev is at

This has been approved by Paul Cunningham.

Details:

1. Update of source code file.
2. Update of version numbers in all relevant files.

The build produces a working xterm package.
