[content-discuss] a new translation

Some days ago I finished working in a translation to Spanish(Argentina)
of the following article

I believe both the original and the translation belong to this project
I've asked the original author for permision to post it and got his
reply just today
Even thought it is fully translated, it has not been properly formatted
and needs reviewing, for convenience I will be sending it in
StarOffice/Openoffice format to avoid problems with the encoding but to
tell the truth the original is plain text.
All I need to know is where should I send these things? this one is too
long to send it to the list directly (about 10 pages)
