Hello all,

I am facing problem in *restarting the java webconsole *service.

After disabling the java webconsole through "*smcwebserver stop*" command, I
am unable to start the java webconsole.

root at imola2> *smcwebserver start*
Starting Sun Java(TM) Web Console Version 3.1 ...
Cannot determine if console service is running.
Check log file: /var/svc/log/system-webconsole:console.log
Run "svcs system/webconsole:console" to determine its status.

But when i checked the status,

root at imola2> *svcs -a|grep webconsole*
**offline** *16:15:38 svc:/system/webconsole:console

Also when I checked the network status,

*netstat -a|grep 6789*
localhost.6789 localhost.33160 49152 0 49152 0 CLOSE_WAIT
localhost.6789 localhost.33161 49152 0 49152 0 CLOSE_WAIT

if i am not wrong ,
when I do netstat -a|grep 6789 , we should see following output right ?
(please correct me if i am wrong )
*.6789 . 0 0 49152 0 LISTEN

Can any one help me out how to start the java webconsole ?

This web console problem is only noticed on the s*econd machine in the
Cluster.*

On the first machine, Java web console is running fine and we don't see any
multiple localhosts.port entries in the netstat output


Please help me out in this. Since this is blocking all my active tasks.  :-(
