Correct.

No.  It's like asking to install Solaris 9 on top of Solaris 8.

You can upgrade from Solaris 10 to Solaris Express Community Edition,
which contains those bits, but there's no version of the code that
will run on top of Solaris 10.  It's part of the system kernel.
