[desktop-discuss] Why the active window does not on the top?

Hi,
I am using Solaris 10 on x86. I always use CDE, sometimes I meet an annoying problem, the active window who has the focus does not on the top! I do not know what operation I did, but I am sure I did not do any special actions. If click the top window, it will get the focus and behind the other windows. After one round, the active window will be the top.

Anybody have ideas?
