[desktop-discuss] gstreamer08

This is my attempt to build gstreamer08 so I can build gnomebaker in the long run.

So far my ability rather sucks and this doesn't work yet.

Anyone want to peak around, feel free.

I've been comparing it to other spec files in solaris/jds and the one from fedora-extras
