[desktop-discuss] Looking for ISO/IEC IS 11172-3 and ISO/IEC IS 13818-3

Hi, developers

Since we've got stuck in the MPEG 2 codec legal issues, we are in urgent
need of these two documents. We have to have a thorough read of these
documents to makes sure that there's no violations.

Does anybody happen to have a copy for share? Or kindly point me to
somewhere that I can find them?
