I didn't say it wasn't languishing, just not going away.
The most likely way I see of XmPrint* coming into Motif
would be an upgrade to OpenMotif 2.3, which has issues
with the current license.

We didn't manage to get them in when Sun was heavily investing
in Xprint, and now that Xprint is waning as well (but again, not
going anywhere), it's hard to see a reason to spend much effort
on XmPrint*.
