[desktop-discuss] snv_53 workspace switcher

The workspace switcher on snv_53 now has a black background.

I find it impossible to tell which workspace I am in if the workspace has
no windows open in it.

Prior to snv_53 I could tell because there were two different shades
of grey used; the darker one being used for the active workspace.

If I turn on "show workspace names" then the current workspace name
is shown in white on black and the others appear to be black on black.

I don't mind the black default background but I really mind the fact that
I can't tell which workspace I'm in.

This is with the default Nimbus theme.
