it works with jdk1.6.0!!!! All Chars are back.

But only the 32-Bit version. the 64Bit version seems to have some bugs.

java -version from the 64Bit Version responds with:

Error occurred during initialization of VM
java/lang/NoClassDefFoundError: java/lang/Object

java -? responds correct. But you can't start any java-application with the AMD64 Version.
