Hello,

Seems like these are already headed to SXCR within recent and the upcoming build cycles:
-> 1. Xorg 7.2 (Dec 2006)
-> 2. Cairo 1.2.4
-> 3. Cairo-Glitz
-> 4. Compiz 0.2.0
-> 5. Xgl or some variant
-> 7. GNOME 2.16.1 (Vermillion 51+) 
-> 8. Build 50 (SXCR b50 avail now) 
-> and Xscreensaver 5.0.1

So most of the 'heavy-lifting' is being done as well as the updated Nvidia drivers.
Much of this seems headed for SXCR very soon.
