[desktop-discuss] Open Source CDE petition.

There must be some encumbered sources in there somewhere.
Maybe Project Builder or other things?

I'm not a lawyer and I don't play one anywhere.  I'm just
wondering why it hasn't been done already, given the current
give-away-fest.
