I assume you are talking about the lack of HAL installation steps. Unfortunately we're at a 'border case' type place - HAL is now in Nevada (snv_51) and this JDS build will be installed on top of it. Including HAL packages would overwrite those official packages and that would not be good.

I am open to suggestions from people about how to accommodate those who do not have access to snv_51. Maybe I could upload the (official) HAL packages from snv_51.
