Looking for advice:

If a GTK+ (GNOME) app won't build out-of-the-box on Nevada using the CBE
system, should I go to the upstream community first, or try and work it
out here on opensolaris.org first? (The app is gFTP, but that's actually
beside the point.)

Also, same question, but for non GTK+ FOSS apps...
