Have a look at the ndis wrapper toolkit: http://www.opensolaris.org/os/community/laptop/wireless/ndis/

My acer 4006 laptop also has the 4318 chipset and I managed to get the 32bit driver working fin nevada rom the instructions there. I havent tried that solaris 10. The 64bit driver is a bit dodgy and mor often than not hangs my laptop.
