This is a new feature of Evolution. Evolution will check text of your mail before sending.
if it finds that there's text "attachment", it will show an attachment reminder dialog which
reminds you to give an attachment.

It's better if you change <_tille>, <_primary>, <_secondary> to <title>,
<primary> and <secondary>.
