Check with svcs to make sure the postrun service is online - I
had a similar long hang when it had somehow gotten disabled and
the gnome updater was still waiting for it. (GNOME team: usability
bug? Should it not check for the postrun service being disabled
or unable to start and print an error instead of making the user
think it's working?)
