No, interestingly this is not a problem with the GLADE files - it's intentional.
There specific elements - Routing and DNS are something that will be addressed
by other projects - for example DNS is a naming service, as is NIS/LDAP and this
is being addressed as part of the project Duckwater:

Right now we've no idea what they will/will not provide so we can't include it
in NWAM yet - if they give us something useful we will try to provide a UI to it.

That would be the idea at the moment, yes. To autostart it might not be
desirable by most people - but AFAIK it's possible for these to ultimately be
SMF services too - so if this is the case it's configurable using SMFs own
configuration mechanisms too - we're just not exposing all of this in the UI here.
