The best way ?

Can't be done with Solaris.  Period.

You need VMware Workstation 6.0.0 build 45731 as a minimum and then you can
run whatever you need from a Windows perspective in virtual machines that
are supported. You need a decent ( what is that? ) Windows workstation to
run VMWare Workstation 6.0.0 or you need RedHat Enterprise Linux or
something similar. I guess KnoppiX could do it but I never tried.

As for Windows in a virtual machine on top of Solaris. I don't see it as
possible in a stable fashion.  Yet.  I did lots of tests going back years
now and never did get anything stable.  Sorry man but those are the facts.
