Windows in Xen would result in HVM. Xen's HVM is based on QEMU, so you might aswell just go directly with QEMU. I'm running WindowsXP in QEMU (on snv_65) for Word 2007 and various minor applications. Kernel-kqemu acceleration works stable with 32bit Windows.

Also, what's Windoze?
