Serge,

You probably need to #include <sys/ioccom.h> which defines _IOR
on Solaris:

	#define _IOR(x, y, t)         \
             ((int)((uint32_t)         \
             (IOC_OUT|(((sizeof (t))&IOCPARM_MASK)<<16)|(x<<8)|y)))

without this defined you get both errors when compiling the
code.
