First of all, thanks for all your replies :)
I am trying to build the entire JDS tree cause next to the sound
issues I just wanted to learn the whole process of upgrading my system
from scratch.
I ran into some issues where I upgraded to the latest onnv gate after
which certain SFW packages didn't work and such things.

It's all a learning curvue for me but yeah, I do get a headache or two
along the way.

I talked to James a bit about the bug I opened regarding the JDS
soundsystem, I will email you with the result of the GNOMEaudio
recompile I'll do on my laptop this evening :)
