  For many people, the ARC review is what has enable Sun Solaris
organisation to be able to work in different consolidation and still manage
not to break things from bottom to top and continue to guarantee backwards
compatibility. The most important input to achieve this is the 
identification of
imported/exported interfaces and their stability.
