Yes Jeff. You can use it if it suits your community. That write up is
the result of the proposal Brian Nitz and I worked out with inputs from
the Desktop community.

Even though this has not yet been officially approved, but I believe we
have general consensus of tis community.
I think on some of these common area of works, if we can share
resources would be great.
Thee next thing we plan to do is to get the on-line form done up [1].
